Mash Mechanical

Mash Mechanical is a commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration contractor that designs, builds and services heating, cooling and refrigeration systems for businesses in Maine. Its work covers rooftop units, boilers, cold rooms, ventilation, chillers, glycol piping and steam boilers, with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs for existing systems.

Most work comes through project estimate requests, with the team typically responding within one business day. For urgent problems such as no heat or no cooling, customers are directed to call the office directly. The company was founded by James Dwyer, a Professional Engineer with more than 20 years in industrial construction and mechanical installation, and is based at Southgate Road in Scarborough, serving the Greater Portland area.
