Empower PT and Consulting

Empower Physical Therapy and Consulting is a physical therapy practice offering one-on-one orthopedic rehab, sports injury care, and post-surgical rehab, including ACL reconstruction and knee and joint replacement recovery. Services include dry needling, radial shockwave therapy, running assessments, and ski and golf injury prevention, with a focus on customized treatment plans. Its therapists have particular interest in runners, endurance athletes, and golfers.

The practice makes house calls and sees patients at home or at a gym across Southern Maine, including Scarborough, Falmouth, Portland, and Cape Elizabeth. Clinic visits are held at Foleys Fitness Center in Scarborough and at The Form Lab in Falmouth. A free 15-minute discovery call can be booked online or by phone, and a patient services coordinator handles scheduling and questions between sessions.
