FM Pearce

FM Pearce is an HVAC and sheet metal contractor that handles both commercial and residential heating and air conditioning work. The company also custom manufactures ductwork so installations can be fitted to the building rather than the reverse. Its team of certified HVAC technicians completes five years of training on current equipment.

The business traces back to 1945, when Floyd Marion Pearce started it after working as superintendent of the sheet metal shop at Point Mugu Naval Base. It has changed hands twice since, most recently in 1995, and is now run by Abel Montiel. The shop is at 1255 E Main St in Santa Paula, open weekdays with a quote form on the website for new jobs.
