Citrus Flats

Citrus Flats is a brand-new apartment community on the east side of Santa Paula. It offers 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments that are affordable to rent, with the finishes and amenities you would expect from a modern building and a high-end feel throughout.

The community is now open and accepting applications for all available units, and prospective renters can review the qualification requirements before applying. Dining, recreation, family activities, and local history are close by, and the freeway is easy to reach. Santa Paula sits in the Santa Clara River Valley, with mountain views and a relaxed, small-town feel.
