Oak Knolls Shopping Center

Oak Knolls Shopping Center is a retail and office complex in Orcutt and Santa Maria, managed by The Minson Company, L. P., which began in 1958. Its tenants include an Albertsons market, a CVS pharmacy, Rabobank, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Subway, Jersey Mike's, a barber shop, Lens Masters, medical offices and a children's studio.

The management office handles leasing and general questions about the center's two sections, which together have 92 units: 65 in the north center and 27 in the south center. Current vacancies are listed on the center's website, and the office is open weekdays and closed on weekends.
