Kilpelainen Property Management

Kilpelainen Property Management manages rental homes, condos and small multifamily properties for owners across the Central Coast. Services include tenant screening, rental market evaluation, marketing vacant units and lease services, and the team works with both hands-off investors and first-time landlords who want more support.

The company is family-owned and works across Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties, from Montecito to Paso Robles, with offices in Santa Maria and Nipomo. Maintenance requests receive a response around the clock, and owners and tenants use AppFolio portals to manage their accounts. The company says its pricing is transparent with no hidden fees.
