Back to Health Chiropractic is a family chiropractic practice led by Dr. Marc Dupuis, a board certified chiropractic sports physician who opened the office in 2004. The practice focuses on family wellness, athletic performance and corrective care, aiming to improve posture and spinal alignment. Treatments include spinal adjusting and computerized spinal traction for neck and back problems, including herniated discs, and Dr. Dupuis has served as team chiropractor for the Sanford Mainers baseball team.

Dr. Marc Dupuis and Dr. Shawn Shapiro see patients from Sanford, Springvale, Wells, Kennebunk and nearby Southern Maine towns. Appointments can be booked online or by phone, and office hours run Monday through Thursday. Staff include chiropractic assistants, and the waiting room has a mascot who reminds patients to sit up straight.
