WE Yoga

WE Yoga is a yoga studio in Sandpoint, Idaho, known for its 200-hour RYT200 teacher training, which blends philosophy, psychology, anatomy and vinyasa-based sequencing. The fall 2025 training runs in Sandpoint on October weekends and includes a trip to Playa Negra, Costa Rica, for an intensive week of practice. Students learn to design sequences, teach a one-hour class by the end, and earn a Yoga Alliance RYT200 certificate on completion.

The training is open to students with at least six months of steady practice and requires 2-3 hours of homework between sessions. Tuition is $4,500 with a $500 non-refundable deposit that secures a spot. Studio classes and a regular schedule are also offered, and the studio sits on the corner of First and Pine streets in downtown Sandpoint.
