7B Handyman & Contracting LLC

7B Handyman & Contracting is a Sandpoint handyman and general contractor that also does property inspections. Jobs range from small repairs like leaky faucets and spigots to full remodels, decks, siding, drywall, fencing, pole barns, garages and shops, and dock repair. The company is registered with the Idaho Contractors Board, so structural work and additions are handled under a registration, and its inspector holds an ICA certification.

Estimates are free, and there is no minimum job size. Small jobs can be batched into one visit, and the company says it will flag when that is cheaper. Inspection pricing is flat by square footage, starting at $325 for homes under 1,200 square feet. The crew serves Sandpoint and the surrounding North Idaho communities, including Ponderay, Sagle, Priest River and Bonners Ferry. Phone is the fastest way to reach them during weekday business hours, with some weekends by request.
