Natural Fitness

Natural Fitness is a locally owned gym with two locations, one in Sandpoint and one in Ponderay, serving the Bonner County community. The clubs focus on quality equipment for sports, outdoor activities, and everyday fitness, with brands such as Hoist, Hammer Strength, Nautilus, and Strive on the floor. Members of all ages and fitness levels are welcome.

Access is by personal key card, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays, while staff are available during office hours. Prices are the same every day of the year with no high-pressure sales. The Sandpoint club is a few blocks off Highway 2, and the Ponderay location is just off Highway 95, about three miles north of Sandpoint.
