OPEX KURA

OPEX KURA is a personalized fitness gym whose coaches build individual training programs around each client's goals, past injuries, health conditions and current stress levels. Training is customized to fitness level and available equipment, and nutrition support covers everyday cooking, eating on the road, and specialized guidance for those trying to conceive, pregnant or postpartum.

Sessions are scheduled when they suit each member rather than through fixed classes, and every session is covered by a certified coach. Workouts are delivered through an app, with weekly and monthly coach check-ins. The gym is at 708 South Railroad Avenue in San Mateo, and the team asks members to message first before popping in between posted floor hours.
