Mariners Point Golf Center

Mariners Point Golf Center is a golf practice center in Foster City with 64 practice stalls on a mix of surfaces, including natural grass tees, a driving range with clearly marked targets, and a short game area with greens and bunkers. It also has a 9-hole, par-3 course along San Francisco Bay that is lit for night play seven days a week. Instruction is offered through a team of pros, with private and group lessons and junk camps and leagues for young golfers.

The range has Toptracer ball-tracking technology, and Cool Clubs, a club fitting studio with indoor bays and a putting studio, operates on site. Grass tees close on weekends and early afternoons in spring and summer because of wind, and there is a fee to hit off them. Tee times are best booked in advance online or by phone. The center is at the corner of East Third Avenue and Mariners Island Boulevard.
