Water and Sports Physical Therapy

Water and Sports Physical Therapy is a family-owned practice that has been treating patients for 25 years. It combines manual therapy, aquatic therapy and land-based exercise for many kinds of injuries. Much of the work centers on deep water exercise and injury-specific land programs aimed at finding the underlying cause of pain rather than only easing symptoms. The team has also treated professional athletes, including post-surgical rehab for former Chargers, and was the official physical therapy group for the San Diego Padres in 2015 and 2016.

The practice operates clinics inside health clubs across San Diego, with other locations in Coronado, Poway, Scripps Ranch and La Jolla. Patients who are treated at the JCC location receive a complimentary JCC membership during their care. Appointments can be requested through the website, and telemedicine appointments are also offered.
