ProActive Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine

ProActive's Mission Valley clinic offers physical therapy and hand therapy for injuries of all kinds, from professional athletes to weekend warriors. Treatments include Graston Technique, Active Release Technique, blood flow restriction training, vestibular rehabilitation and pelvic floor therapy, and the clinic also does functional capacity evaluations for workers. It is one of several ProActive locations across San Diego County.

Each patient works one-on-one with a licensed therapist. The clinic has a private treatment room, an exercise floor and a dedicated hand therapy area. It sits just east of the 15 freeway near Aero Drive and Ruffin Road, and it overlooks private planes landing at Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport. Spanish is spoken, and the front office keeps weekday hours.
