The Neighborhood

The Neighborhood is an event center built as a gift to the community by GC Lemon Grove, a local faith community that has served the city for over 25 years. It hosts game and trivia nights, chess club meetings and comedy events, and the room is available to other groups, clubs and organizations.

The space is rented by donation, so groups can book part or all of the room by contacting the center by phone or email. Volunteers help with community trash pickups, and day camps in Lemon Grove parks are in the planning stage. Events are announced through a newsletter sign-up, and the center is open during scheduled events rather than on a fixed daily schedule.
