JDC Build Construction & Remodeling of San Diego

JDC Build is a licensed residential and commercial remodeling and construction contractor serving San Diego. The company handles everything from ground-up new home construction and whole-home remodels to kitchen and bathroom work, home additions, accessory dwelling units, and tenant improvements for landlords and renters.

Projects follow a design-build process, with a pre-project feasibility study that estimates costs, resources and timeframes before work begins. The team handles permitting and local code compliance in-house. The company is veteran-owned, locally operated and BBB accredited, and its owner, Jon Cummings, is a former Navy serviceman who oversees residential construction. The office is at Financial Court in the Kearny Mesa area of San Diego.
