Edward Dean Design and Build

Edward Dean Design and Build is a remodeling contractor known for kitchen remodels, bathroom updates, and decks and porches, with patios and ADUs also on the list. Projects range from full kitchen and bath redesigns to new decks, and the company uses Trex and AZEK materials for deck work. It also takes on new home builds and handles drafting and permitting when a project needs plans filed.

The company is locally owned and based in Point Loma, and its crew cites more than 15 years of remodeling experience. Work is warrantied, and the company offers emergency service, including on holidays, with a promised same-day or next-day response to inquiries. Estimates are set up through a consultation booked by phone or the contact form, and the company serves San Diego.
