Searching Pathways Therapy

Searching Pathways Therapy is a two-clinician counseling practice offering individual therapy, couples work and care for children and teens. Robert Mitchell, PhD works mainly with adults and couples on anxiety, addiction, trauma, bereavement and relationship concerns, blending deeper exploration with practical strategies. Sara Larios Mitchell, PhD works with children, adolescents and adults, with a focus on trauma and anxiety and on building regulation and resilience skills.

Sessions are offered in person and by teletherapy, both locally and across California. The practice is in Belmont, in the Silicon Valley area, at 1059 Alameda de las Pulgas. Each clinician works separately under a shared, trauma-informed approach aimed at a collaborative, unhurried pace.
