About Alpha Acid Brewing Co.

The story

Alpha Acid Brewing Co. is a craft brewery and taproom that releases new beers every week from a catalog of more than 500 recipes. The brewery takes its name from the hop compounds that give beer its bitterness, and it is known for one-off experimental batches alongside fan favorites. Monday draft beer specials and Thursday trivia are regular draws.

The taproom hosts private events, and the team books those through the website. It is in the Industrial Road area of Belmont, and the taproom is open most days of the week, with longer hours on weekends. Founder Kyle started the brewery after years of homebrewing.
