Nancy Jo\'s Handcrafted Burgers

Nancy Jo's Burgers & Fries cooks Certified Angus burgers to order, with a long list of cheeses and toppings, so the menu can be built many ways. The Hogg Fries, loaded with bacon, caramelized onions, burger sauce and cheese, are a signature, and they can be ordered Veggie Style without the bacon. The Toasted BLT uses honey-cured, hickory-smoked bacon. The menu also includes hand-cut steaks, fish and chips and other 1950s-style classics.

The restaurant opened in 2012 and now has seven locations, including this one on Market Street NE in Salem. Orders can be placed online or for delivery, and the hours are the same every day of the week. Most of the locations are in the Salem area, with others in Woodburn and McMinnville.
