Cadillac Jo's All American Grill

Cadillac Jo's is a mid-century American grill known for hand-formed Certified Angus Beef burgers, hand-cut steaks, and its signature Steak Sandwich, a tender steak with sautéed mushrooms, onions and garlic aioli on a toasted ciabatta roll. The menu also covers halibut fish and chips, the Cadillac Club, chicken and waffles, and a breakfast menu served daily until 2pm, including biscuits and sausage gravy and omelettes.

There are no reservations, but parties can join a waitlist and be called when a table is ready, and takeout can be ordered online or by phone. The dining room has red vinyl seats, chrome counter stools, a checkerboard floor and a fully stocked bar. The restaurant is on Market Street NE in Salem, Oregon.
