Gerry Frank's Konditorei

Gerry Frank's Konditorei is a cake and cheesecake shop, cafe and restaurant in Salem, Oregon, known for its extravagant gourmet cakes and cheesecakes. The menu also includes pastries, beverages and a lunch menu, with quiche made from scratch every morning since 1986.

The shop opened in 1982 and has been owned since 2017 by former longtime manager Linae Sielicky together with Mike and Val Schultz, whose Lovin' Oven bakery bakes most of the desserts. Orders are taken by phone rather than email or social media, and calling later in the day tends to get through faster. Lunch is served from 10am to 4pm, and the shop is closed on Sundays.
