SET Gymnastics

SET Gymnastics is a gymnastics and fitness center for children of all ages and levels, offering recreational gymnastics, competitive gymnastics, tumbling classes, cheer instruction and rock climbing. The gym has custom equipment built for its members, and families can take a free class before deciding to join.

The gym runs a Friday night open play session from 7:30 to 9:00 pm for $10, which includes rock climbing, silks, a rope swing and trampolines. Birthday parties are a popular option, with a 90-minute format that includes trampolines, silk ropes and games, and reservations are required in advance. Aerial silk lessons are also offered by an outside instructor. The gym is at 3997 N Freeway Blvd in Sacramento.
