Thrive Psychiatric Services provides medication management for a wide range of mental health conditions, including ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, insomnia, stress and substance use concerns. The practice builds each treatment plan around the patient's symptoms, needs and goals, starting with a comprehensive assessment at the first visit.

Initial appointments run 75 to 90 minutes and follow-ups about 30 minutes, so visits are longer than many psychiatry practices offer. Telehealth visits by webcam or mobile device are available, and the practice offers weekday, weekend and evening hours. Patients can reach the provider directly with questions about treatment or medication. The office is in Grayslake, Illinois, and accepts Aetna, BCBS PPO, Cigna, United Healthcare/UMR and cash-paying patients.
