The Couples Place

The Couples Place is a counseling practice focused on relationship therapy for couples and individuals, led by Adam Krieger, MA, LCSW. Couples work covers communication, emotional attachment, infidelity, blending parenting styles, feeling disconnected and considering divorce. The practice also offers individual and family therapy for adults, premarital counseling that typically runs three to ten sessions, and co-parenting mediation focused on parenting time and logistics.

Sessions begin with a thorough evaluation so the therapist understands the history of the problems and each partner's goals. Appointments are arranged by phone or email, and responses may take 24 to 48 hours. Mediation sessions usually take one or two meetings, and a written summary of agreements is provided at no cost.
