Onward Counseling Center

Onward Counseling Center provides individual, group, and family counseling (talk therapy) for children, adolescents, and adults. The practice works with problematic anger, anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, and school behavior, among other challenges. Ronald Bristow, LCPC, sees adult clients, and the center's approach is mainly practical problem solving.

Appointments are scheduled through the office, with evening availability Monday through Thursday. The center is in-network with BlueCross Blueshield and Optum/United Healthcare/United Behavioral Health, but does not accept Medicaid or Medicare plans. The office is in Grayslake, in Lake County, Illinois.
