La Popular serves Mexico City-inspired Mexican food built around shareable plates, including tacos, enchiladas, Queso Fundido and Short Rib Enchiladas. The bar focuses on agave spirits, with more than 80 labels of tequila and mezcal. The Roseville restaurant is the first U.S. location from Grupo Carolo, a Mexico City restaurant group with more than 27 restaurants.
A $15 lunch menu is offered daily until mid-afternoon, and weekend brunch adds more dishes. Happy hour runs every afternoon and again in the late evening.
