ChaoDown Poki

ChaoDown Poki is a family-run poke bowl shop in Roseville that brings a taste of Hawaii to the counter. Bowls are made to order: pick a size, a base such as white rice, brown rice, spring mix or wonton chips, a protein like tuna, salmon, yellowtail, scallops, shrimp, chicken or tofu, then one of eleven house sauces and as many toppings as you like. The ChaoDown Mix of tuna and salmon in a spicy-sweet sauce is a popular starting point, along with Korean Spicy Chicken and Cooked Teriyaki Chicken.

Orders can be placed online or by phone for pickup, and the bowl is ready when you arrive. The shop also does catering. It is open daily from 11 AM to 8 PM and sits on Douglas Boulevard in Roseville, where the staff will walk first-time customers through the menu.
