Schulze's Bar-B-Q and Catering

Schulze's Bar-B-Q and Catering smokes a range of meats right on site, including sliced beef, smoked ham, pork ribs, sausage, turkey, chicken and chopped beef, served as a sandwich, plate, baked potato or nachos. The kitchen also makes its own sides, from potato salad and pinto beans to fried okra and mac and cheese, along with homemade pies, cobbler and cookies.

The restaurant is family owned and run by the sons and daughter of the late Alvin Schulze, and staff have been with the family for more than 25 years. Takeout packages serve 4 to 50, and food can be ordered through DoorDash during regular business hours. The restaurant also caters weddings, birthdays, quinceañeras, corporate lunches and church or school events. It is at 1214 1st Street in Rosenberg, Texas.
