Pause Massage & Bodywork with Samantha Franks

Pause Massage & Bodywork is run by Samantha Franks, LMT, a licensed massage therapist who offers therapeutic massage, pregnancy massage, cupping and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. Her approach is customized to each client's current needs, with Swedish-gentle and deep-tissue styles, trigger point work, and the option of heat or cold.

She has more than 12 years of experience working with special population groups, including geriatric clients, cancer patients and survivors, people with progressive conditions such as Parkinson's or ALS, and those in hospice. Sessions are by appointment only, requested by calling, texting or emailing (618) 304-1974. Sessions are 30, 60 or 90 minutes, and extra time is built in before and after each one to settle in and transition out. Evening and Saturday sessions are available at extended rates.
