Active Harmony

Active Harmony is a massage and sports therapy practice offering medical massage, assisted stretching and a range of massage techniques aimed at pain relief, mobility and recovery. The practice works with athletes, people recovering from injury and clients living with chronic pain. Sessions are tailored to each client, and the owner, Sophia Bigos, is a licensed massage therapist with training in medical massage, personal training and corrective exercise.

Sessions are booked online, and new clients select the New Client option when booking and complete an intake form by email before their appointment. The studio is in South Riverview near I-75 and US-301 and offers one-on-one sessions. Gift certificates are available. The business also serves Riverview and the greater Tampa Bay area.
