Flow Fitness Boutique

Flow Fitness Boutique is a women-only fitness studio offering Pilates, strength, cardio and other small group classes. The studio is built for women at any fitness level, including those just starting out or returning to a routine, and the classes are designed to build strength at a comfortable pace.

Classes are kept small, and childcare is available on site so parents can work out without arranging a sitter. The studio is in Riverview, on US Highway 301 just north of Symmes Road, and staffed hours cover weekday mornings and evenings as well as Saturday mornings.
