Automatic Fitness

Automatic Fitness, also known as AutoFit Fam, is a wellness-focused gym in Riverview that combines functional group classes, one-on-one personal training, and recovery services. Its program includes HYROX training for beginners and competitors, strength and endurance work, and nutrition coaching built around everyday routines rather than extreme dieting. Members can also use infrared sauna, cold plunge, IV hydration, and massage chairs.

Every membership includes access to a STYKU 3D body scan, which tracks body composition, measurements, and posture over time. The gym is open 24 hours with secure controlled member access, and it hosts birthdays and team events in its open community space. Free consultations are available by booking through the website, and the gym sits in a plaza on US Highway 301 South, across from a thrift store.
