RCIG

RCIG is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that works to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities through fitness and fun. Its classes are built around adaptable, approachable coaching that gives each athlete the chance to show their strengths and build self-esteem. The team is made up of coaches who hold exercise science degrees and certifications such as ACSM Exercise Physiologist and an autism exercise specialist credential.

Athletes sign up through the registration page, and the class schedule is posted on the website. RCIG also relies on volunteers, sponsors and donors to reach more people across the Greater Richmond area. The nonprofit is located on Patterson Avenue in Henrico, Virginia.
