Northside Outreach Center

Northside Outreach Center is a faith-based nonprofit that has worked since 2004 to revitalize the Highland Park neighborhood of Richmond. Its work centers on mentoring children and youth, discipleship, and community outreach, with the aim of connecting neighbors to needed resources. Its programs include the NOC Thrift Store, the Highland Park Food Pantry and the YINOC Recovery Group, along with a community resource guide that points people toward local help.

The thrift store sells donated goods, and the center also offers NOC Merch. Neighbors who want to support the work can give funds through the donation page, and a newsletter shares ministry updates. The center is located in Richmond, Virginia.
