About Calena Coffee

The story

Calena Coffee sells single-origin Honduran coffee, grown on founder Carla's farm, Finca Santa Elena, in the highlands of Honduras and roasted to order. The menu includes lattes, cappuccinos, dirty chai, horchata latte, caramel frappe and a concha shortcake made with homemade concha.

The coffee is also sold by the bag online and served from a coffee truck around Houston. The shop address is on FM 2218 in Rosenberg, and the website lists daily hours for the coffee truck, which are 8 AM to 9 PM every day. Beans are roasted fresh and shipped directly to customers.
