Physical therapy for sports injuries and back pain

Outpatient physical therapy for pain, injury and movement1610 Robb Drive, Suite D5, Reno, NV

Custom Physical Therapy is an outpatient practice that treats a wide range of conditions, from back and neck pain and shoulder or knee injuries to arthritis and rehabilitation after surgery. Its therapists also handle sports injuries, throwing injuries and work-related injuries, and offer specialty programs for vertigo and vestibular problems, pelvic floor concerns, Parkinson's disease and scoliosis using the Schroth Method. Dry needling is available as well.
Visits usually run 60 to 90 minutes, and the first one starts with a full evaluation so the treatment plan reflects your goals and input. Most patients come in about three times a week, though the schedule is set after that first visit. Arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork and wear comfortable clothes like sweatpants or shorts and sneakers. The northwest Reno office accepts most insurance plans, including Medicare and workers' compensation, and can file claims for you. Many insurance plans require a physician referral, so check with your plan before booking.
