Stretch Spot

Stretch Spot offers assisted stretch therapy combined with myofascial release, a method that starts with a vibrating massage tool to increase blood flow, moves into myofascial release for tight areas, and finishes with assisted stretching. Sessions are personalized, so the therapist checks in on how you feel and adjusts the work during the visit rather than following a fixed sequence of stretches.

Sessions are offered in 30, 40 and 60 minute lengths, and online booking is available. Clients come in for mobility, posture, recovery after workouts and general muscle tension. The studio is at 1111 Aviation Blvd in Hermosa Beach, and gift cards are sold.
