Dietz Brothers Music

Dietz Brothers Music is a music shop and teaching studio that rents instruments, repairs them, sells guitars and offers lessons for students from kids ages 2 to 8 on up. Lessons run through private instruction and group classes with a roster of instructors, and the shop also runs a school program.

The business was started in the South Bay by John and Pat Dietz, who taught and performed locally before opening their own shop. Erik Dietz, Pat's son, purchased the business after Pat's passing in 2023. The shop is on the second floor at 234 S. Pacific Coast Highway in Redondo Beach, with underground parking and an elevator. Renting an instrument can be started online through the website.
