Hui Lau Shan's Redmond store is the flagship of a Hong Kong style dessert and drink brand built around mango. Its handmade mango products use Ataulfo mangoes that are handpicked daily, and the menu includes Mango Sago, a recipe the company created in 1992. Fresh fruit drinks, which the brand introduced as drinks to go, are also a big part of the lineup.

The brand traces its roots to Hong Kong in the 1960s, when the founder sold herbal jelly and tea from a trolley. This Redmond location offers dine-in and pickup, and catering is listed as well. Orders can also be placed through UberEats, DoorDash, Grubhub and Chowbus.
