Origin Bakery

Origin Bakery is known for hand-piped floral cupcakes, made in full size or as bite-sized minis, with delicate petals shaped by hand. Its signature Crochi pairs buttery layers with the spring of mochi. The bakery blends French baking techniques with Asian American family memories, a theme reflected in its motto, French Style Baking, Asian Style Eating.

Most orders are placed ahead, since the bakery works on pre-order pickup, and custom and special orders are also taken. It operates out of a kitchen inside Eastside Commissary Kitchen in Redmond and sells at farmers markets, which are announced on Instagram. Ask about timing before stopping by, as pickups are scheduled rather than walk-in.
