Hoffman's Fine Cakes and Pastries

Hoffman's Fine Cakes and Pastries makes European style cakes for celebrations and weddings, with custom birthday and wedding cakes a specialty. The bakery also turns out a wide range of breakfast pastries, cookies and small desserts, plus a light lunch menu of sandwiches, homemade soups, salads and quiche. Everything is made in house, and the flour is locally sourced and sustainably farmed.

Cake of the month and seasonal drinks such as lattes are offered alongside the baked goods. Orders cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours of notice are not refunded, and the bakery notes that its products may contain or come into contact with common allergens on shared equipment. Hoffman's has been in business since 1984, starting in downtown Kirkland and moving to Redmond in 2016, and it is found on Cleveland Street in Old Town Redmond.
