Fresh Fire Grill

Fresh Fire Grill is a family-run restaurant in north Redding that serves fire-grilled bowls, poke, BBQ, burgers and tacos. The menu is made from scratch each day, with sauces and drinks prepared in-house using fresh ingredients. Regulars often order the Hawaiian Pork Bowl, the seared ahi poke, the house wasabi ginger and sweet and tangy BBQ sauces, or the lemonade made from fresh-squeezed lemons.

You can order for pickup online or through DoorDash and Uber Eats, and the kitchen offers catering trays that serve about 10 people. Bowls can be made on a garden salad base, and there is a gluten-free bowl and teriyaki tofu for vegetarians. The restaurant is at 161 Lake Blvd, less than a mile from I-5 Exit 680, and it is open Monday through Saturday, closed Sundays.
