Pour 54 Taphouse is a self-serve taphouse pouring beer from South Dakota breweries, along with wine, hard cider, hard seltzer, non-alcoholic options and food. Its wall of 54 taps uses RFID wristbands, so guests can pour as much or as little as they like and pay by the ounce at a cashier when they leave.
