Seven-barrel brewhouse in a 1948 art-deco building601 Kansas City Street, Rapid City, SD

Hay Camp Brewing Company brews its own beer on a seven-barrel steam-fired brewhouse inside a 1948 art-deco building downtown. Eight beers are always on tap, including a Czech pilsner, a hazy IPA and a kettle sour, with barrel-aged sours and seasonals rotating alongside the core list. The Bashful Bison Deli & Market, run by Chef Scott Brinker, serves locally sourced food in the Commons.
The main taproom, the Tavern, has a handcrafted mahogany bar, pool and pinball. The Showroom holds weddings, concerts and private events for up to 250 guests. Karaoke Wednesdays, Trivia Thursdays and free pinball on Fridays keep the calendar busy most weeks. The brewery is at 601 Kansas City Street in Rapid City.
