Victra

Victra is a Verizon Authorized Retailer that sells phones, tablets, smartwatches, accessories and Verizon plans. The company describes itself as the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States, with its own stores alongside the Verizon lineup. Its stores offer device setup, trade-ins and pickup of online orders.

The Raleigh store is at 8510 Colonnade Center Dr, Unit 300, in the Raleigh area. Staff can help with mobile plans, home internet and business internet, and shoppers can check device models in person before buying. Victra operates independently from Verizon, so store staff handle sign-up and account changes for Verizon service.
