Icy Hot Heating & Air Conditioning

Icy Hot Heating & Air Conditioning handles residential air conditioning and heating in Raleigh, including AC repair and installation, furnace and heat pump service, ductless mini-splits, maintenance plans and indoor air quality work like air purifiers, UV lights and duct sealing. Its technicians are NATE certified, and the company is an authorized Lennox dealer that also services most major brands.

The company was founded in 2008 by owner Frankie Asfari, and it says most new work comes from referrals and repeat customers. Service calls begin with a diagnosis and upfront pricing, and the company says you approve costs before work starts. Emergency calls are answered 24/7, and online booking is available. The company serves Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Apex and other towns across the Raleigh-Durham Triangle.
