CaptiveAire

CaptiveAire manufactures commercial kitchen ventilation systems, including restaurant hoods, grease ductwork, and fans, and also makes make-up air units, direct fired heaters, and fire suppression equipment. The company has served the industry for over 50 years and sells the Paragon HVAC line of fans and HVAC equipment alongside its kitchen products.

Customers reach the sales team through regional representatives, and technical help comes through a support ticket. Factory certified technicians can be found by zip code, parts can be ordered online, and the company offers hands-on training for technicians.
