The Crypt

The Crypt is a board game store in Providence that sells tabletop games, puzzles, miniatures, hobby supplies, books and gifts. It opened in October 2024 and describes itself as a casual, welcoming space for tabletop gamers in southern New England, with a wide range of games covering all aspects of the hobby.

The staff will help find hard-to-acquire titles and make recommendations, and the store stocks products from publishers and creators not sold elsewhere in Rhode Island. Tournaments are held at the store. The shop is at 161 Chestnut Street in downtown Providence, open late on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
