KNEAD Doughnuts makes brioche doughnuts and cake doughnuts, with a separate pastry menu and a line of vegan and flourless options. Brioche is the house specialty, given a 24-hour fermentation and finished with glazes like vanilla, cinnamon, and brown butter pecan. Fillings include strawberry jam, and the menu rotates fall flavors such as pumpkin chai, apple cider, and apple crisp. Cake doughnuts like the classic chocolate and the Oreo-topped chocolate coffee are also on the menu.

KNEAD takes pre-orders and reserved pickups through its website, and it also offers donut cakes and wholesale orders. The shop has locations on the West End at 55 Cromwell Street and on the East Side at 139 Elmgrove Avenue, with a third stop at Smith Street near Elmgrove. Both main shops are open daily in the morning, with the Cromwell Street location keeping shorter weekend hours.
